You know how it goes:
The server has just been wiped, everything’s calm, the first players are building their bases and feeling safe.
Just the right moment to shatter that feeling. :smiling_imp:
A little fog.
A little darkness.
A little “What the hell was that?!”
For all server owners who want to add a little more atmosphere to their Halloween wipe, there’s a little plugin that can be hidden away perfectly in the background:
:ghost: JumpScare
It randomly selects a player and surprises them with a full-screen horror scare complete with sound - optionally only at night, with a minimum number of players and cooldowns, so it doesn’t just get annoying after five minutes.
The best part:
The players don’t know when.
And most importantly, they don’t know who it’ll hit. :eyes:
So if you want to turn
“A nice Halloween event on the server”
turns into
“I JUST GOT SO SCARED”
for a moment:
