Create a phone event.

Description

Beta plugin: May have bugs or be incomplete expect changes.

Once installed the plugin will attempt to call a random number if no one answers after about 30 seconds it will call another number.

One someone answers it will give them a prize..

Everything is set in the config.

if you want to start the event after plugin load type /phoneevent.

Otherwise event will not run tell time that is set in config.
