Actually Its possible to do this. Just a bit of work. You use the animated neon sign with the cctv camera, and computer station an make a tv screen on the sign.

Yes this may be posable but at the time it was not.
Even with this being POSSIBLE now I still wouldnt recommend it... especially for larger servers... do you want to see how fast a clan could lag out an entire server? Just give them multiple ways to stream mass amounts of data to/from the server
i think most the way rust handles the streams are client to client using the new voice props.
