NPC Item Checker (PAID)

Hello, I was wondering if it was possible to have a plugin made that has NPCs check players inventory to see if they have a certain item like a gun, explosive, etc. This would then jail the player for a certain amount of time. Is this possible? Also looking to implement a locker system where players can store items before being checked to prevent being jailed.
