Monument locations can be enabled or disabled individually. Especially for places like Missile Silo where sending loot home mid run would not make sense, as the objective is to finish the monument.

toilettransit.use - Buy, place, and use toilets
toilettransit.admin - Access admin commands
toilettransit.vip1 - VIP tier 1 cooldown and storage settings
toilettransit.vip2 - VIP tier 2 cooldown and storage settings
toilettransit.vip3 - VIP tier 3 cooldown and storage settings
